“I have worked with the staff at MMCI since I joined the PWR Reactor Services Industry Working Group in 2018 and even more closely since I became chairperson of the group in 2019.  Seldom have I worked with a more professional and dedicated staff than MMCI.  Karen, Dwight, and their staff handle every detail of our in-person conferences from reserving guest and conference rooms to providing AV resources, and they regularly attend steering group meetings throughout the year to anticipate our future needs.  During the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020 and 2021, MMCI facilitated virtual conferences in lieu of in-person meetings that were met with great acclaim by meeting participants.  During our most-recent conference, they even got a birthday cake (!) for one of our regular participants that was a very special surprise.  I hope on behalf of our working group to continue working with MMCI through the foreseeable future.  It has been and continues to be a pleasure.”
